I felt stuck in my freelance business and was unhappy. My clients seemed to run the show. 

I'm now in the driver's seat and have a long-term strategy for my business. 

I was extremely unproductive. My work was spilling into my nights and weekends and stressing me out. I felt like I was at the mercy of my clients. Now I haven't done any all-nighters in a long time still earning the same as I did before. 

I was stuck in the feast and famine cycle that many fellow freelancers know too well!

Now I feel like I know a lot more about how I can move my business forward. I also love to be part of a community with like-minded people.

Before I joined the Inner Circle, my work routine was riddled with inefficiencies that I didn't even see. I worked from a to-do list (not from a plan) that seemed to grow rather than shrink, and by the end of the day I was exhausted from working all day - without really being sure that I had made any progress. 

Now I know which questions to ask myself and can plan with confidence and feel like I am running the business, not the other way around.
