Kind Words from Happy Doers!
For many years now, I've helped entrepreneurs just like you and our members below hit their target income while taking more time off and spending more of their workdays wearing their favorite "hat" in their business through creating and optimizing systems, processes and productivity strategies.
I'm now in the driver's seat and have a long-term strategy for my business. Thank you so much for all your support!
I felt stuck in my freelance business and was unhappy. My clients seemed to run the show.
Jenae Spry and the Inner Circle helped me to take charge of my business and change directions. They gave me the confidence and accountability to make difficult decisions, like firing clients, raising my prices, and offering new services.
I'm now in the driver's seat and have a long-term strategy for my business. Thank you so much for all your support!

I feel I own and run a business, and it is growing, which gives me an immense sense of pride.
I was a fully qualified translator before coming to Jenae's Success by Rx group, but I had no idea how to run a business. I didn't feel "equipped" to present my services as an independent business. Here I learned about marketing campaigns, positioning myself on the market, sales, the use of social media (as a business, not as a job seeker!)
Jenae supports every member with timely advice and resources. Since the platform developed into the current form - Doers IC - there is more accountability, focus on objectives and the hive mind of a group of professionals.
I felt confident enough to take my pitch out there and present my services. I doubled my 2019 income in 2020 and on course to repeat it again:) I feel I own and run a business, and it is growing, which gives me an immense sense of pride.

I feel like I know a lot more about how I can move my business forward. I also love to be part of a community with like-minded people.
I was stuck in the feast and famine cycle that many fellow freelancers know too well! I felt like I didn't know where to start because I knew so little about marketing my services.
I found a group of fellow entrepreneurs who were also looking to grow their business and who encountered the same issues I did. It felt like having actual colleagues.
The first time I did an annual review after joining Jenae's Inner Circle, I realized how much I had accomplished during that year. I had set up my LinkedIn profile, polished some standard document templates, launched an email campaign toward prospective customers and, most importantly, thought of myself as a small business and not "just" a freelancer.
I still have to learn (who doesn't?) but I feel like I know a lot more about how I can move my business forward. I also love to be part of a community with like-minded people.

When I look back at the goals that I have achieved since I joined, my progress is documented and I have a system in place for quarterly, monthly and weekly goal setting.
I was struggling with focus and accountability. I felt alone as an entrepreneur lost in my own mind and belief pattern traps.
The Inner Circle is different because of the connections that I have built with entrepreneurial geniuses around the world.
When I look back at the goals that I have achieved since I joined, my progress is documented and I have a system in place for quarterly, monthly and weekly goal setting.
Now I have more direction and confidence.

I feel more confident in doing my job and more in control. I think that I manage to talk about my services in a more professional way.
Before I discovered the Inner Circle, I didn't know how to recognize the value of my medical translation services and tell my potential clients how I could help them. Also, I had issues with time management and pricing. I tried to solve those problems but I was going in several directions at a time and I didn't have a consistent strategy.
What's different about Inner Circle is that I could get help from one source and build a consistent strategy for my business, especially thanks to the Business Bash (small exercises to help you build your business strategy each quarter). I managed to create a quarterly business strategy and achieve most of it.
I feel more confident in doing my job and more in control. I think that I manage to talk about my services in a more professional way.

It’s the first time since I founded my business that I’m able to do the things I had dreamed of, thanks to the support of Jenae and the whole community. Everything seems possible for me now!
Before I discovered the Inner Circle, I struggled with time management and working ON my business and not just IN my business in a consistent way, especially when it comes to building my website, reaching out to potential clients and organizing my email inbox. I didn’t have the necessary knowledge or resources to make meaningful progress, and that left me frustrated.
The Inner Circle is not just another webinar or course that is sold to you with the promise to solve your problems. It’s a whole world on its own, made for entrepreneurs who want to thrive and get things done, with different tools, resources, and, what’s most important, a group of like-minded people that are open and willing to support each other.
When I found Jenae’s webinars online and learned about her 90-day planning formula and the Inner Circle, I decided to try it, and it led me on a path where I was finally able to resolve my issues with productivity and time management.
It’s the first time since I founded my business that I’m able to do the things I had dreamed of, thanks to the support of Jenae and the whole community. Everything seems possible for me now!

Now I know which questions to ask myself and can plan with confidence and feel like I am running the business, not the other way around.
Before I joined the Inner Circle, my work routine was riddled with inefficiencies that I didn't even see. I worked from a to-do list (not from a plan) that seemed to grow rather than shrink, and by the end of the day I was exhausted from working all day - without really being sure that I had made any progress. I was certain that "once I get on the other side of all this," I'd have better control and more time. But without changing the way I planned and worked, there wasn't any real hope of that.
Instead, I seemed to be digging a deeper hole for myself, putting more and more "important but not urgent" things on the back burner, including a lot of personal things, family things, and self-care, as well as tasks that were crucial to the security of the business.
The turnaround came in the form of 1. A concrete 3-month plan with doable action steps, a clear way forward, and a way to keep myself accountable for sticking to it. 2. Co-working sessions, weekly accountability, monthly mastermind sessions, and regular check-ins and follow-ups that kept the momentum going and held my feet to the fire.
My work habits and thought patterns were deeply entrenched. I needed months to get to the bottom of them and turn them around, but I had all the support I needed for that. I actually noticed that the way I was approaching life in general began to change. I started looking at my time management and my planning and my business in terms of my whole life and my general well-being, and the decisions that confused me before became a lot clearer - especially in discussions with Jenae and in the group. It was like a big sanity check for how I was approaching things, and it was also a big relief.
One of the best things is hearing the voice of reason every time I am planning my day, my week, or my quarter. I used to make overly optimistic plans that were consistently unrealistic (and was inevitably crushed every time I noticed that I'd never get it all done). Even worse, I'd often just start in without planning at all - simply to avoid the disappointment of an unfulfilled plan. Now I know which questions to ask myself and can plan with confidence and feel like I am running the business, not the other way around.
I will probably always want to use the tools in the Inner Circle to keep me on track, motivated, and moving forward, and I am thrilled that I found a group, a coach, and a method/platform that really works for me.
Snafus and overwhelm happen all the time in business, and I love having Jenae and the hive mind at my fingertips.

The Inner Circle is a VERY supportive group, willing to share their knowledge and experience with the rest of us.
I was dealing with the challenge of starting my own business during the pandemic, working from home, alone. I felt disorganized, like a chicken with its head cut off, running from task to task not knowing what to do and when.
The Inner Circle is a VERY supportive group, willing to share their knowledge and experience with the rest of us. I realized that I love working by and for myself, from home, and the camaraderie I miss from an office environment is available in the Inner Circle.
For the first time, I can say "I have all the work I can handle for the rest of the year" and I am optimistic about 2022.
